How to influence executive leadership, quantify ROI, and identify the highest-return entry points for AI adoption across cash application, collections prioritization, credit decisioning, and payment-behavior analytics. - Bankruptcy Trends and Case Law Insights: What Credit & Finance Leaders Need to Know
Experts will provide an update on recent bankruptcy trends, highlighting the sectors most impacted and the signals practitioners should monitor. They will also share insights on what to expect in the short term, along with key takeaways from recent case law developments. This session will equip attendees with a forward-looking perspective and practical considerations for managing credit risk in a shifting legal and economic environment. - Best Practices to Maximize Third-Party Collections
