Artificial intelligence is transforming Order-to-Cash (O2C) from a reactive, labor-intensive function into a predictive and automated value engine. This course cuts through the hype and focuses on practical, real-world deployments that are actually working today. Participants will explore how AI enhances credit scoring and onboarding, sharpens collections prioritization, accelerates dispute and deduction management, strengthens fraud detection, and improves cash forecasting accuracy. Through technology spotlights on machine learning, NLP, and RPA, along with real success stories and lessons learned, participants will gain a grounded understanding of where AI delivers quick wins and where longer-term investments pay off. By the end, AI becomes a concrete, actionable tool in the O2C process, not just another buzzword.

As AI becomes more embedded in credit and receivables workflows, the question is no longer whether the technology can drive efficiency and insight, but whether it can be trusted to do so responsibly. This course provides a grounded framework for the safe and controlled adoption of AI across the O2C cycle. Participants will learn the essential components of governance, including transparency, model oversight, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. The course highlights how to build and enforce effective guardrails so AI enhances decision-making without sacrificing risk standards, ethical obligations, or human judgment. After taking this course, participants will understand how to balance innovation with control, establishing practical policies and governance structures that enable confident, trustworthy deployment of AI in sensitive financial processes.

This is an On-Demand Course, allowing students to work independently and at their own pace to accommodate the time demands of busy professionals.
