The Need:
|
The Need: The Credit Research Foundation is dedicated to serving its members and the business credit community by offering the highest quality knowledge and information available. In a recent survey, CRF members made it clear that they wanted the Foundation to offer training in the broad areas of credit management skills. In response to this demand, we are offering training sessions customized to your needs. The focus of these programs is on practical training designed to enhance the skill level and performance of employees throughout your credit, collections, AR and customer financial service organization. People entering the field of business credit management today are generally more educated than ever before. Formal education administered through colleges, universities and other sources lay the groundwork for employee growth, and are fundamental to the development of personnel. However, there is a difference between education and training. Training is the application of the skills learned in the formal education environment. It is the development of the skills that will increase proficiency and ultimately performance. Training prepares employees through specialized instructions and practice.
