This course offers students a comprehensive overview and provides a clear outline of the complex matrix of state laws and regulations involved in the lien process for private and public sector building projects (including the bonding process associated with the Miller Act).
The instructor, Mr. Bailey, has 15 years of hands-on experience with the lien process, as well as serving as a Credit Manager. Since 1970, NCS has been the leader in providing credit professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada with proactive solutions to secure receivables, minimize credit risk and improve profitability.
The course consists of approximately 2 hours of video and slide presentation, offering business owners and employees of companies involved in public and private building projects, the knowledge and advice on how to protect their credit positions through the lien and bonding processes.
