2026 August Forum & EXPO

August 10, 2026 – Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

Organizations that register now to participate in the 2026 EXPO will pay the 2025 exhibitor fees and will not incur any price increase that may be put into effect for the 2026 EXPO.

An invoice will be sent to the contact person noted below for the appropriate booth fee (based on your organization’s membership status). Invoices MUST BE PAID by October 15, 2025 in order to lock in the 2025 pricing.

2025 Booth Pricing

Platinum Partners – $1,500
CRF Members – $2,850
Non-Members – $3,950

Acceptance as Binding Contract for Exhibitor

The undersigned hereby authorizes CRF to reserve exhibit space for use by the above company or organization. The undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees to pay the cost for exhibiting at the EXPO being held on August 10, 2026. Additional requirements such as electrical connection, access to the Internet, or special AV requirements should be coordinated directly with the Sheraton Hotel. CRF will provide order forms and further information at a later date.

Exhibitor recognizes that their exhibit display is restricted to a 10’ x 10’ space (a 6 ft draped table with 2 ft of space on either side). We recommend using banner stands or table top displays to conserve space. Set up and tear down times will be announced once appropriate arrangements are made with the hotel.

Refund Policy

NO refunds will be allowed unless the event is cancelled by the Credit Research Foundation.
