Exhibitor Information

We look forward to seeing you at CRF’s 2024 August EXPO! Please review the information below, which are critical items to enable your success and align with our requirements.

REGISTRATION:

  • Your booth contract is not a registration form
  • Everyone from your organization planning to attend the event must register so a badge can be created
  • No one will be allowed in the EXPO hall without a badge
  • Booth participants must be employees of the exhibiting company

BOOTHS INCLUDE:

  • one (1) draped 6-foot table
  • two (2) chairs
  • carpet

Booth spaces are limited to 10 ft. (the 6 foot table and two feet of space on either side) and are best suited for banner stands and table-top displays. Please be mindful of your space when setting up your booth – make sure that your items are not spilling into the neighboring space. If everyone follows the rules/guidelines, it will help create a more successful event for everyone involved.

SET-UP:

  • The EXPO will take place in the Broadway Ballroom
  • Sunday, August 4 – 3:00pm to 9:00pm
  • Monday, August 5 – 7:00am to 10:00am

EXPO EVENT SCHEDULE:

Monday, August 5

  • 11:30am to 1:30pm – exhibit hall open; lunch will be provided
  • 3:30pm to 5:30pm – exhibit hall open; Cocktail Reception (beverages and hors d’oeuvre provided)
    *NOTE: the EXPO sessions time have been adjusted slightly to accommodate for our 75th Anniversary evening celebrations (still allowing for a total of 4 hours of dedicated time in the exhibit hall). 

TEAR DOWN:

Monday, August 5 – 5:30pm (immediately following the final EXPO session)
Exhibitors that are sponsoring/attending the anniversary celebration will have an hour and a half to tear down their booth and prep items for shipping before the evening events begin.

Please note that you will need to bring outbound shipping labels with you to place on all boxes/packages that will be shipped from the hotel. Detailed instructions will be shared with all exhibitors soon.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Inbound

Please review this document for shipping instructions.

Note that all packages will be delivered to your booth. You will not need to pick them up yourself at the FedEx office (as noted in the document), but you WILL need to coordinate payment with FedEx in advance.

IMPORTANT: Please send a list of all tracking numbers to Angela for any items shipped to the exhibit hall. This will allow Angela to work with FedEx onsite to ensure ALL packages are delivered to your booth at the exhibit hall.

Outbound

Please bring pre-printed labels for all return packages. Your items must be boxed, sealed and shipping labels attached. You will NOT need to transport your items to the FedEx office – we will hold them in a secure room overnight and the FedEx team will pick them up from there for shipping.
