Exhibitor Information

August 13, 2018 – JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL

Thank you for your participation in the 2018 CRF August EXPO! Below are critical items to enable your success and align with our requirements.

REGISTRATION:

  • Your booth contract is not a registration form
  • Everyone from your organization planning to attend the event must register so a badge can be created
  • No one will be allowed in the EXPO hall without a badge
  • Booth participants must be employees of the exhibiting company

BOOTHS INCLUDE:

  • one (1) draped 6-foot table
  • two (2) chairs
  • carpet

Booth spaces are limited to 10 ft. (the 6 foot table and two feet of space on either side) and are best suited for banner stands and table-top displays. Every year we have one or two individuals who believe they can CREATIVELY ENCROACH on neighboring space, which always creates a problem. So please – stick to the rules and guidelines.

SET-UP:

  • The EXPO will take place in Coquina North
  • Sunday, August 12 – 12:00 pm to 11:59 pm
  • Monday, August 13 – 7:00 am to 10:00 am

EXPO EVENT SCHEDULE:

Monday, August 13 (Coquina North)

  • 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm – exhibit hall open; lunch will be provided
  • 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm – exhibit hall open; Cocktail Reception (beverages and hors d’oeuvre provided)

TEAR DOWN:

Monday, August 13 – 6:00 pm to 11:59 pm

SHIPPING:

The shipping form provides the shipping address and additional detail that needs to be included on the shipping labels. Print this form and tape a completed copy to your boxes. Be sure to include all of the necessary information on all of the boxes you ship to the event to help ensure that they are delivered to the correct location!

The hotel shipping/receiving area can store packages up to 3 days before the EXPO begins. Ship all items to arrive between August 10th and August 12th.

At the conclusion of the show, you will need to pack all of your boxes, label them, and leave them on your table. The hotel shipping team will come to the EXPO hall to pick up all the boxes and ship accordingly.
