Exhibitor Information

August 8, 2022 – Louisville Marriott Downtown

Thank you for your participation in CRF’s 2022 August EXPO! Below are critical items to enable your success and align with our requirements.


  • Your booth contract is not a registration form
  • Everyone from your organization planning to attend the event must register so a badge can be created
  • No one will be allowed in the EXPO hall without a badge
  • Booth participants must be employees of the exhibiting company

  • one (1) draped 6-foot table
  • two (2) chairs

Booth spaces are limited to 10 ft. (the 6 foot table and two feet of space on either side) and are best suited for banner stands and table-top displays. Please be mindful of your space when setting up your booth – make sure that your items are not spilling into the neighboring space. If everyone follows the rules/guidelines, it will help create a more successful event for everyone involved.


  • The EXPO will take place in Salons 6-10
  • Sunday, August 7 – 3:00pm to 9:00pm
  • Monday, August 8 – 7:00am to 11:00am


Monday, August 8

  • 12:00pm to 2:00pm – exhibit hall open; lunch will be provided
  • 4:00pm to 6:00pm – exhibit hall open; Cocktail Reception (beverages and hors d’oeuvre provided)


Monday, August 8 – 6:00pm to 8:00pm

An outbound shipping document is included below. This form must be completed and left with your booth items when your booth tear down is complete. The hotel staff will collect all outbound shipments and arrange return shipping according to the instructions you provide on the form.
