We look forward to seeing you at CRF’s 2025 August EXPO! Please review the information below, which are critical items to enable your success and align with our requirements.
REGISTRATION:
- Your booth contract is not a registration form
- Everyone from your organization planning to attend the event must register so a badge can be created
- No one will be allowed in the EXPO hall without a badge
- Booth participants must be employees of the exhibiting company

BOOTHS INCLUDE:
one (1) draped 6-foot table
- two (2) chairs
- carpet
Booth spaces are limited to 10 ft. (a 6 foot table and two feet of space on either side) and are best suited for banner stands and table-top displays. Please be mindful of your space when setting up your booth – make sure that your items are not spilling into the neighboring space. If everyone follows the rules/guidelines, it will help create a more successful event for everyone involved.
SET-UP:
- The EXPO will take place in the Waller Ballroom
- Sunday, August 17 – 3:00pm to 9:00pm
- Monday, August 18 – 7:00am to 10:00am
EXPO EVENT SCHEDULE:
Monday, August 18
- 11:30am to 1:30pm – exhibit hall open; lunch will be provided
- 4:15pm to 6:15pm – exhibit hall open; Cocktail Reception (beverages and hors d’oeuvre provided)
TEAR DOWN:
Monday, August 18 – 6:15pm (immediately following the final EXPO session)
All items must be boxed, labeled and ready to ship by 9pm on Monday. See shipping instructions below for details.
Please note that you will need to bring outbound shipping labels with you to place on all boxes/packages that will be shipped from the hotel. Once your items are boxed, taped and labeled – please leave them in the ballroom for the shipping team to collect and move to the dock for pickup.

Note that ALL EXHIBITORS must contact the onsite FedEx office and provide payment information IN ADVANCE. FedEx must have your payment details on file BEFORE they will deliver your packages to your booth for setup. Please be sure to coordinate payment with FedEx in advance. Contact information for the onsite FedEx office is located on the inbound shipping instructions form linked above.
OPTIONAL: Please send a list of your tracking numbers to Angela for any items shipped to the exhibit hall. This will allow Angela to work with FedEx onsite to ensure ALL packages are delivered to your booth for setup.
Outbound
Please bring pre-printed labels for all return packages. Your items must be boxed, sealed and shipping labels attached.
