The CRF Financial Statements Analysis training modules can be combined in a number of ways to meet your organizational needs.  Examples include but are not limited to:

 Short Session option: (2.0 – 4.0 hours)

The short session is ideal for group meetings where part of the purpose is to provide participants with education or training, or for organizations with limited budgets who want their people to benefit from a training experience.

The first half of the short session provides a general background in conducting a financial statement analysis by combining material from Modules 1 and 2.  The second half of the session provides case applications as outlined in Module 3.  The case applications are selected based on the interest of the group or organization.

 Full Day Session (8.0 hours)

The full day session provides greater depth of training by combining all material from Modules 1, 2, and 3.  The full day session includes four hours in the morning and afternoon. The morning time is spent setting up the financial statements analysis model, while the afternoon is spent applying the model to a variety of live case applications.

The full day session can be split between two days, beginning on the afternoon of the first day and ending on the morning of the second day.  This gives participants the chance to digest the essentials of the financial statements analysis model before engaging in the case applications.

 Multi-Day Session (12.0 – 16.0 hours)

The best way to add material from Module 4, Risk Analysis, is to add at least one half day to the training program.  Ideally, the program would begin on the afternoon of the first day.  Participants would be given cases to review overnight, and would return for the second day, which would involve case application in the morning and risk analysis in the afternoon.  The depth of the Risk Analysis session can be tailored to the time constraints of the organization or group.

Other CRF Training Programs under development include:
