The Credit Research Foundation in collaboration with Jeannine Trinque and Diana Crowe of IAB Solutions LLC is pleased to offer this one-day workshop on Managing Customer Deductions to help companies target an increase to their bottom line by more effectively understanding and managing deductions.

This interactive program is designed to provide attendees with insights, strategies, and best practices in many areas of deduction management so that they can increase the level of deduction management within their company and improve trading partner relationships. Incorporating case studies, practical advice, illustrations and group exercises, IAB Solutions will share their proven deduction management solutions for resolution and prevention of deductions.

The following provides a brief overview of the deduction topics which will be addressed during the workshop. Jeannine Trinque 

Is a financial and management consultant, and has been with IAB Solutions LLC since 1985. Her background includes Credit Management and a Controller’s position at a grocery supplier.  She has worked her way through the ranks of IAB Solutions to her present position of  Corporate Vice President.  As a senior member of IAB’s management team, she has managed directly or participated in the management of the company’s most successful projects and has repeatedly demonstrated a commitment to IAB’s philosophy and culture.  Jeannine has worked as a special consultant to many IAB clients assisting and evaluating their internal A/R and collections operations.

Diana Crowe

Since joining IAB in 1995, Diana Crowe has held a wide variety of field and corporate positions.  She presently serves as Manager of Business Development.  Diana holds a B.S. degree in Management.  Along with her education, she has a strong background in accounts receivable, including credit management, collections, and deduction experience in a multitude of industries.

In addition to her operational experience, Diana has a strong background in training and Human Resources.  She served as Corporate Trainer at IAB and was responsible for developing and instituting a new employee orientation session as well as being an implementer for IAB’s deduction management software.  Along with being a regular presenter at IAB’s annual meetings, she has provided on-site training in a wide variety of subjects for IAB’s clients and various trade groups.
