CRF Forums
The importance of managing the Credit and Accounts Receivable functions, and the emerging role of the new Customer Financial Services responsibility, has placed increasing demands on today's Credit Executives. To help you meet these challenges, CRF, as an educational and research organization, has developed three Forums each year in March, August and October. The Forums are held in major cities regionally placed across the United States. While offering not only valuable sessions, the Forums present tremendous networking opportunities consisting of evenings of fun social activities like comedy theatres, shows, professional sporting events, sumptuous meals and much more. Our Forums provide the opportunity to participate in an open discussion of contemporary concerns of credit and accounts receivable management by offering expert information by credit professional's for credit professionals. They further provide the opportunity to network with others by exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and discussing ongoing problems in your endeavor to find practical solutions to today's workplace problems. CRF Forums focus on structuring, organizing, and effectively managing the credit function. The three Credit and AR Open Forums are presented from a managerial and operational perspective and helps increase efficiency when organizing credit responsibilities. Concepts of functional structure, service quality, and the use of technology are included in the discussions. Because the role of the credit department varies widely among credit organizations, the number of different activities housed within the function and the challenge of limited staff resources are also discussed. The forums present a unique opportunity for participants to meet and discuss common challenges with their peers.
"The CRF Forums provide poignant, insightful and diversified viewpoints on the operational aspects of credit administration."
